Description:
A casing with some glowing modification Jell inside.
It is difficult to create and is used for redesigning artificial JellHeads

Usage:
Artificial JellHead only
Can change and modify the Hosts design. 
This includes changing from feral to anthro or the other way around!
(Note: It can not change the host species, only design and slight changes such as longer fur, adding small features etc.)
The design still has to be recognizable from the original!
