Submission (#986) Approved

Zhei walks nervously into the containment area that he was instructed to go to. It's cold, and metallic all around. It makes the poor dino worry, an environment he's not used to in the slightest.
But he figures he should stick around, and see what he was called here to do.

A few moments later, a sound of click-clacks is heard on the hard floors beneath them. Zhei tilts their head and tries to figure out what, or who, this stranger is. It seems to be on all fours, and a fellow Jellhead to some degree. But it also has a strange little friend accompanying, with it's own little clicky-clacks.

A small bit of sniffing Zhei, and the other party is satisfied with what they walked into. For the poor dino though, he's quite confused now. Wasn't a scientist supposed to meet him here? Was this the scientist? It couldn't be! Another Jellhead being the expert? He's never heard of such a thing!

Regardless, the stranger walked over to a few small crates and dug around in some potions for a bit. The clanking sounds were loud, and echoed in the mostly empty room. Finally finding what they wanted, the odd jellhead turn around and held it up.
The strange liquid was suspended and separated slightly, though not for long. The odd stranger gulped down a few sips into their jell, and offered the same to Zhei.

He tried to turn it down, though the other insisted it seems. So into his jell did it go.
And he got quite the strangest feeling... it was almost like a suction towards the other, and he was pulled into them. But after just touching for a split second, there seemed to be a blackout effect, and Zhei was out fully.

He's not sure how long he was out, but once waking up, he noticed blue hooves, planted on the ground, where his claws used to be. And even the little fella following the stranger was now sporting his color of blue, though accompanied by colored dots, similar to Zhei's.
Looking over his shoulder, his spots were still there actually, but instead on the body of this stranger. That he was now controlling...??

This was all too strange, he couldn't hardly process it. But it wasn't long until the body he thought was his, walked over to a spare window to glance at himself like a mirror. It wasn't Zhei who controlled the body in that moment, which made him ponder if the stranger was still here, controlling things as well.

To test such a theory, Zhei raised a claw (or well- hoof), and watched it be brought back down, out of his control. He supposed he was right for thinking what he thought, and just hoped this effect didn't last much longer. He wanted his hecking claws back!! Being so big and bulky was a strange occurrence for the usually petite dino.

But a small wobbling came from the companion of the stranger, almost like the two were separating already. And just as it had begun, Zhei blacked out again. Waking up once again, to his own body, without a mix of the stranger, he was quite thrilled!
And he made sure to leave the room immediately, making a note to never agreeing to a random ad for test trials again.
