[1549x] Word Count (per 100 words) = 15,49 Shards
[1549x] \+bonus per 500 words = 6,196 Shards
[2x] Extra JellHead Interaction = 2 Shards
Sub-Total = 23 Shards

[1x] Used Lucky Petals = 0 Shards
Final Total = 23 Shards

O-066 and D-001 were not included in calculations, because their interactions felt minor to me. If this was incorrect, please just let me know so I am aware going forward. (But shards for them are not needed if I was wrong)

Jellhead training! Yorunee had already been working on this with Proxi ever since she brought him home. It was why she wasn't too concerned about him being close by, since he seemed oddly alert to things as long as his precious treasure wasn't messed with too much. She flinched as she remembered trying to carry the large chest into the currently locked room. That long tail of his could pack a punch, and the jell from it took forever to get out of her fur, but once he realized that everything was safe and sound, and was allowed to fiercely guard it for a few days, it seemed like he started to understand that she wasn't looking to steal it or make a profit off of it. And once that seemed to settle in, it appeared that he was more curious and interested in interacting on his own terms for a bit.

The start was pretty rough, but... Now look at them? Here she was, a whole slew of books floating around her as she waited in the park, the large bat standing just a little shorter than herself in this form, but definitely far more intimidating than her soft pink self. He was flexing his claws, jell slowly oozing out in what Yoru had come to realize was a relaxed manner. They were here, not for his training, but to help someone else with their Jellheads. What kind of moron got multiple Jellheads without at least learning to control one first?! As if to answer that question, Proxi tensed up and turned his body to look at the approaching group, the handler carrying a frog jellhead in his hands and apparently scolding one of the others. Not that it would do a whole lot of good, but... Admittedly, it was comedic to watch the anthro canine trying. A hyena? on one side, a dragon on the other side, and the frog in his hands. Three full sized Jellheads, and not a single one trained at all. Well, that was going to be a problem, now, wasn't it?

Yoru pat Proxi's shoulder and watched as her Jellhead relaxed a little, but he seemed to be very alert to the other Jellheads. He was normally aggressive towards others of his own kind, wanting to protect her or his treasure... Or, maybe he thought she was a part of his treasure now? That was a theory to explore some other time...

"Looks like you have your paws full," she commented, chuckling a little as the dark furred male snapped his head up at her. He offered a soft laugh and nodded. "Yeah, I have heard that Shiny Hunting is a good way to help them burn off some energy, and maybe that'll help stop DM from wanting to try and devour Wonder, here," he explained, nodding to the pretty blue dragon with red and orange jell followed by looking to the frog that was clinging to his paws.

"So, what, exactly, is the plan here?" Myamiko asked with a cute tilt of his head, one ear flopping over to the side. He seemed so much like a puppy, completely clueless to the dangers he was subjecting himself to. Well, not a big deal, since nothing bad had happened to him, yet.

"Well, I've brought you a lot of books to read up on, but that's for later. For now, I'll show you. Proxi, here, is a very good boy. He's protective, curious, and well, we've gotten to know each other pretty well. It's a bit easier with one on one interaction, but as long as you devote time to everyone, you should be fine with teaching your Jellheads as well."

As she explained that, Yoru waved her hand and the books stacked themselves up on the ground by Maya's feet. She then turned and walked over to her bat and tapped his claws. "The first thing to be aware of is, they do not view the world in the same way we do. They don't have the sense of sight, smell, and taste that we do. I'm not even sure if they can hear us very well, but some seem able to pick up on the fact that we're talking. I talk to Proxi a lot, and sometimes he seems to understand what I want, and other times, it's like I'm an adult in a Peanut's cartoon." The pink bat giggled a little at her own reference, wondering if it was a bit outdated by now. Probably, but it was still a fair reference to be making.

"Anyways, I find that getting his attention with touch works best to let him know I want something from him. Then I can direct him to what I'd like for him to do." as she explained that, Yorunee moved her hand from the bat's claws and waved it out in a general "over there" motion. It took a moment, but the neck of the bat seemed to bob as if he was offering a nod with a non-existent head, and then he was climbing up a tree. After a moment, he fell from the highest branch, tail coiling around it, and he hung comfortably upside down, his jell rapidly expanding and flowing around himself, as if looking in all directions at once. Seeming to find something, he released his hold on the branch and rolled to right himself before gliding after something. It took a moment before he returned, and he dropped the small form in his claws into his handler's outstretched hand. A green, ball of a snake was shown to Maya, pink jell jiggling around in a less formed manner.

"They can find things that relate to their species. That can be Jellbeans, Shards, Mini-Jellheads, or even full Jellheads. Sometimes the Shards and Jellbeans are in little containers that we have to open, but that's usually not too much trouble. Now, let me go hide Bubbagum and a few of the Jellbeans that I brought along, and let's see if we can get your Jellheads started on learning. If they get out of line, though, Proxi, here, will make sure to stop them."

Maya looked at the bat, then to the dragon at his side. "Are you sure he'll be able to sto-"

"Yes, Proxi is not some young artificial Jellhead. He's a natural Jellhead that was born from the desire to protect what was rightfully his colony's prized treasure. There was some research that shows that he comes from a different dimension, and that he most likely worked well with others when he was alive, which is probably why we get along so well now. But his origin aside, he's much more experienced than your Jellheads, and unless they can break metal, they won't be able to land a good blow on him. Mythical or not."

After making the reassurance, she went off and started to go from one spot to the next, the large bat Jellhead staying put as if to keep a close watch over the three foreign Jellheads.

Curious about the bat, MI padded over and reached a paw up to touch the other. The long, thin tail lashed out at him, and the aardwolf jumped back in surprise, his jell flickering from blue to red for a moment, a couple of extra blobs trailing off before they disappeared. MI sat down and his tail wagged a bit in what appeared to be anxiety, though it was kind of hard to tell, honestly.

While those two interacted, Danche Makoas dropped his scaled belly to the ground and started to stalk towards the tree that Proxi had been in before. He looked more like a cat than the western dragon that he was supposed to be, which had Maya trying to not laugh. He returned after a moment, something resting in one of his horn-like jellbits. The handler reached out and picked it up, then quirked a brow at the petal that had been brought over. "What is this?" he asked, just in time for Yorunee to return.

"Oh! That's a Lucky Petal. Here, if you blow on it and release it, it gives you a better chance at finding things. Like so~" she explained, carefully taking the petal and blowing on it, letting it break down into the air around her. "I brought a couple to try and explain them to you, but I guess I dropped one earlier," the shorter anthro explained, then she looked around.

"I think we're good to give it a try. Let's go one at a time, starting with your hyena, since it looks like your dragon already has an idea of what to do."

"Do you mean MI here? His label was a Hilarious Case of Mistaken Identity, probably because he's not a hyena," the canine clarified, then looked at the blue jelled creature once more. "They are closely related, but vastly different," he tacked on as he tried to figure out the best way to try and get the Jellhead to start searching for things.
